In 2016, Ashley decided to start a non-profit for individuals affected socially, developmentally and emotionally using mounted and unmounted equine-assisted therapy. H.O.P.E.'s home is located at Summit Farm.
H.O.P.E. provides the healing power of equine therapy and riding for those affected by social, developmental and emotional differences. This therapy empowers them to build skills to handle life's many demands, bringing confidence and belonging.
Partnering and sharing in the beautiful world of horses, individuals start to heal through supervised ground and riding lessons with equine bonding experiences. These activities are proven to have a profound therapeutic and comforting affect on all of us, especially those that are vulnerable to life's challenges.
Please help us create and nurture the special connections between horse and rider.
